De Clinch largely consists of well-equipped studios where all types of builders and creatives are welcome. For many starting companies, professional workshops are often far too expensive to have materials made or rent, which is why we want to offer our spaces in a different way. It goes without saying that maintaining and furnishing all these studios is not free of charge, but we try to keep the contributions as low as possible. Contributions can be agreed individually depending on the use of the different rooms, duration, use of tools and, if necessary, technical support from our people.

General workshop
This studio is in the largest and also the central workshop. This used to be a garage so there is a large work pit where you can work on cars and trucks. In addition, the workshop is equipped for various forms of metal working, construction or electrical work. The great big height ensures that large constructions can be made indoors.
Welding workshop / forge
The forge is equipped for forging and welding. Various welding techniques such as electrode welding and MIG/TIG are possible. There is a large forge with several fireplaces and all basic materials.
Wood workshop
This workshop is equipped with all basic woodworking machines that can be used by experienced people or under supervision. Less experienced people can also work with wood to realize their wood projects.
Storage oasis
The clinch is a home base for several companies. In addition to building and training, there is also space for storing all kinds of materials. We have a large warehouse that is accessible by all types of transport. There is a forklift that makes loading and unloading a breeze. Since Clinge is centrally located, it is a perfect base for both Belgium and the Netherlands.
