As a residence, De Clinch is an out of the ordinary place: it is autonomous and independent, a true sanctuary, as it were. To date, our commitment has been voluntary, but you can already create and reside there in full swing and in style. Last-minute bookings are certainly possible.

Rehearsal Hall
The central warehouse of the site is a black box with oak parquet floor. The hall measures 10 m by 12,50 m and has a height of 5,60 m in the middle, 4,60 m on the sides. There are 8 anchor points in the floor. Installations and setups can also be set up outside. We are happy to offer our know-how and contacts to get your project started.
The Loft : A multifunctional meeting room on the first floor with the necessary basic facilities such as a shower, toilet and a kitchen. The loft can possibly be used together with the circus hall to allow a temporary residence to take place in pleasant and comfortable conditions.
The Oasis : On the rest of our site there are several hidden, fun, tasty and hot places. Under the walnut tree you will find the outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, where you can relax with or without homemade pizza. There is a large garden, a yard and a sauna on site.
